Since we provide repair and installation services, most of our offerings are not physical products. Therefore, returns are generally not applicable. However, we do offer support in the form of rework or partial refunds in specific situations.

2. Eligibility for Rework

You may be eligible for a rework if:

  • The service was incomplete or incorrectly performed.
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of service.
  • You have proof of the issue (photo/video/evidence).

3. Refund Policy

We do not provide full refunds unless the situation is exceptional. Refunds (partial or full) may be provided if:

  • A technician failed to complete the task despite multiple visits.
  • You cancel the service before the technician arrives.

4. Process for Raising Issues

  • Supporting documents or photos

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If the appliance was in non-repairable condition
  • If the issue occurred due to misuse after service
  • If a third-party technician was involved post our visit
